I have never trusted John McCain. I had some sympathy when the Bush team Bush-whacked him in Carolina in 2000 (despicable behaviour), but his dumping of his first wife as a result of her horrific accident, his propensity for explosive outbursts, wiped out any respect.
If the Democrats nominated Howdy Doody in 2008, it would be a better choice than John "Pity Me" "100 years" McCain. If you thought Bill Clinton had "issues" ...
